Accountant | FINJO N1024

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries.

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Generate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.

Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and transparency.

Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes.

Maintain documentation and assist in implementing internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
