We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP and end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing all accounting functions — from data entry to financial reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Record and maintain all types of vouchers and entries — purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal, contra, and bank transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and daily accounting reports.
Maintain and update asset registers and inventory accounting.
Ensure accurate GST accounting, filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations, returns, and coordinate with consultants for income tax filings.
Support payroll accounting and maintain employee-related financial records.
Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other management reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records for compliance.
Work closely with management to track expenses, budgets, and project-based accounting.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
4–6 years of experience as a full-time Accountant in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
