Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to candidates to collect feedback on attended sessions.
· Document feedback and share insights with the relevant team for quality improvement.
· Follow up with candidates to encourage attendance in upcoming sessions.
· Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback in the database/CRM.
· Address candidate queries in a polite and professional manner.
· Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to share relevant updates.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets
