Job Description

Job Title:

Jr. Accountant

Industry:

Openings:

2Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely data entry in Tally and Miracle software.
Prepare and verify purchase, sales, expense, and payment vouchers.
Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Experience: 1–2 years in accounting, preferably in an import-export or FMCG company.
Proficiency in Tally & Miracle accounting software is mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic tax regulations (GST/TDS).
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time-management skills.
