Accountant (Exports & Imports) AA Exports Job Summary AA Exports is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, TDS & GST filing, and international trade documentation . Familiarity with DGFT regulations, IEC, and export incentive schemes will be highly preferred. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations Handle TDS and GST filing with timely compliance Manage payroll processing and tax obligations Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee auditing and compliance requirements Prepare and manage import-export related documentation Handle Letter of Credit (LC) negotiation and documentation Ensure compliance with DGFT policies and support in claiming export incentives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (required) Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred) Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA are an advantage Relevant experience in accounting & taxation (export-import experience preferred) Proficiency in TDS, GST filing, and compliance Strong knowledge of import-export terms, DGFT policies, IEC, Duty Drawback, EPCG, RoDTEP Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office 365 Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with international trade regulations & documentation Familiarity with export incentive schemes and trade compliance Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunity to work in a growing export company Exposure to international trade & government incentive schemes Career growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Have you worked with import-export documentation Do you have knowledge of DGFT regulations and schemes such as IEC, Advance Authorization, EPCG, or Duty Drawback?
