Key Responsibilities As an Accountant, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals. Invoice & Payment Processing: Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing vendor and patient payments. Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions. Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll preparation and disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. Taxation: Preparing and filing GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances as required. Reporting: Generating financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Auditing Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Budgeting: Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Confidentiality & Ethics: You are expected to maintain the strictest confidentiality of all financial data and company information, adhere to all accounting standards and ethical guidelines, and conduct yourself with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
