Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Accountant cum HR professional. The role requires managing financial transactions, preparing reports, payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. In addition, the role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies. The selected candidate will serve as a critical link between accounting and human resources to ensure efficient operations in both departments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in accounting tasks, including financial reporting, budget preparation, and payroll processing.
• Practical knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy management.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., ZOHO BOOKS) and
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to manage dual responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience in handling accounts within the technology or GIS industry is an added advantage.
