Accountant

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a proven track record of managing accounts, particularly those related to overseas educational consultants. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for overseas educational consultants.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data.
• Process payroll for employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with overseas educational consultants to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
• Provide financial reports and insights to management to aid in decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of progressive experience as an Accountant, with specific experience in managing accounts for overseas educational consultants.
• Proven experience with international financial transactions and currency conversions.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc. - Specify the software your company uses if applicable).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
