Accountant

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain clear records of all financial transactions and documentation
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage payment follow-ups
Support management with financial reporting and account summaries
Coordinate with external CA firm for audits and monthly compliance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
Proficiency in Tally ERP and basic Microsoft Excel
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and standard accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have achieved a minimum of 80% marks in 12th standard
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred

Bonus

Experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented company
Familiarity with vendor reconciliation, invoice tracking, and inventory-based accounting
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with external consultants
