Accountant

1. Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

2. Preparation of Financial Statements:

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the creation of company budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and suggest adjustments as necessary.

4. Tax Preparation and Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Identify potential tax deductions and credits to minimize tax liability.

5. Auditing and Internal Controls:

• Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure accurate reporting.

6. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.

7. Payroll Management:

• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries.
• Handle payroll taxes and deductions.

8. Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

9. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.

10. Cost Control and Financial Efficiency:

• Monitor operational costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.
• Assist management in improving financial efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
