Role OverviewThe Accounts Receivable & Payable Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities related to customer payments, vendor payments, ledger management, and ensuring accuracy and timely processing of financial transactions. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and ensure timely reconciliations Record and process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for dues Post and verify journal entries, vouchers, and financial records Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, outstanding statements, etc. Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors regarding payment queries Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory documentation and filing Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field Hands-on experience in AR/AP management Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills PreferredExperience in manufacturing or industrial sector Strong excel knowledge and reporting skills SalaryAs per industry standards
