Accountant/ Accounts Executive

📌 Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive 🏢 Company: Taz Transports 📍 Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 🎯 Age: 20 – 40 years 👥 Gender: Male & Female 🎓 Education: Graduate (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent) 🗣️ English: Intermediate 💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Year ⏰ Shift: Day Shift (Full Time) 📝 Key Responsibilities: 🔸 Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including data entry & ledger updates. 🔸 Prepare & process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers. 🔸 Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and accounts. 🔸 Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports. 🔸 Maintain & update accounts payable and receivable records. 🔸 Monitor petty cash and prepare expense reports (if required). 🔸 Coordinate with vendors, clients & internal departments regarding billing and payments. 🔸 Maintain accurate financial records & documentation as per company policies. 🧠 Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com). ✔ 1–4 years of experience (transportation/logistics industry preferred). ✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel & financial reporting. ✔ Proficient in Tally or other accounting software. ✔ Understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliances 🧠 Requirements (Senior Executive – Accounts): ✔ 10–11 years of experience (transport/logistics preferred). ✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel & financial reporting. ✔ Advanced Excel & financial analysis skills. ✔ Proficiency in Tally / accounting software. ✔ Knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance. 💰 Salary & Benefits (Senior Executive Role)Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 PF, ESI (after 6 months) OT for extra hours Two-way cab (Kalamboli ↔ Nhava Sheva) 📞 For Both Roles — Contact: 👉 Kalpana Dere (Employer): 7208045455
