Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate administrative activities across our local branch offices. This role is ideal for candidate who can efficiently handle branch coordination, office support needs, and vehicle documentation management. Travel to branch locations will be required. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operations and communication between all local branch offices. Manage administrative needs of each branch including office supplies, basic maintenance, and facility support. Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, pollution control certificates, and service schedules. Ensure timely servicing and compliance-related updates for all vehicles. Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for administrative records. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government departments as required. Oversee procurement and delivery of essential office items, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Support the leadership team with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Additional Information: Travel to branch offices is required; all travel-related expenses will be reimbursed.
