Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate administrative activities across our local branch offices. This role is ideal for candidate who can efficiently handle branch coordination, office support needs, and vehicle documentation management. Travel to branch locations will be required. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operations and communication between all local branch offices. Manage administrative needs of each branch including office supplies, basic maintenance, and facility support. Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, pollution control certificates, and service schedules. Ensure timely servicing and compliance-related updates for all vehicles. Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for administrative records. Installation and maintenance: Ensure the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Inspections and audits: Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations (at least annually) to identify potential risks and ensure compliance. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all tests performed, inspections, and recommendations made, and make these available to inspectors when required. Policy and procedure development: Create and update safety policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical work.
