Job Description: Accounts Executive / Accountant Position: Accounts Executive Location: BANSHANKARI 2ND STAGE Experience: [1–2 years] Employment Type: Full-time Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update daily accounting entries in MARG/ERP9++ • Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. • Prepare and reconcile bank statements. • Process invoices, expense vouchers, and payment records. • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing. • Maintain ledgers, financial files, and records. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups. • Prepare financial reports as required by management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. • Proficiency in MARG ERP 9++, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools. • Strong understanding of accounting principles. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
