Job Description

The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth financial functioning of company. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-growing food business environment. Key Responsibilities : Maintain daily sales records from all outlets and reconcile with POS data. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks). Monitor store expenses, inventory consumption, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly GST filings and ensure compliance with government regulations. Handle payroll processing for staff. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits. Track cash flow and suggest improvements for cost control. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Required Skills : Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in F&B or retail sector. Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills.
