We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Office Manager with strong knowledge of Tally and office administration. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and overall office coordination to ensure smooth business functioning. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP. Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and monthly reports. Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents. Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cash flow management. Office Management: Oversee office operations, administration, and staff coordination. Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically. Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and office expenses. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies when required. Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and compliance with company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field. 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office management. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Preferred Skills: Experience with payroll processing and HR support. Knowledge of inventory/stock management in Tally. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Monitor store expenses, inventory consumption, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly GST filings and ensure compliance with government regulations. Handle payroll processing for staff. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits. Track cash flow and suggest improvements for cost control. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Required Skills : Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in F&B or retail sector. Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills.
