The ideal candidate should be strong in accounting principles, documentation, and compliance. 👨‍💼📊 🧾 Key Responsibilities: 📚 Accounting & Bookkeeping:Maintain accurate & updated books of accounts (GL, journals, etc.) Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable efficiently Process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers 🏦 Reconciliation & Financial Control: Perform bank reconciliations & manage petty cash Assist with month-end & year-end closing activities Support in preparing financial statements & MIS reports 📂 Documentation & Compliance: Maintain files for audits, GST, TDS, and tax filings Coordinate with internal teams & external vendors Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements 👥 Payroll & HR Support: Assist with payroll processing & staff reimbursements 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance 🎓 3+ years of experience in accounting roles Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Good understanding of GST, TDS & other statutory norms Excellent attention to detail ✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills 💬 ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling GST & TDS filings Knowledge of ERP systems Advanced Excel skills 🏢 Work Environment: Office-based role 🖥️ May require additional hours during month-end/year-end Collaborative, structured & deadline-driven environment 🤝 👤 Candidate Requirements: Age: 25 – 60 years Gender: Male Education: Graduate English: Intermediate Experience: Minimum 3 years If you’re skilled in accounting and looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you! 📞 📲 Interested candidates can call: 8712638388
