Job Description

Key Responsibilities Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns). Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.). Manage books of accounts in Tally including day-to-day entries, ledgers, reconciliations and MIS reports. Maintain vendor invoices, purchase bills, sales records and ensure compliance with taxation deadlines. Conduct bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor management, and expense tracking. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Maintain proper documentation and ensure all accounting records are updated and compliant. Mandatory Skills Tally (ERP / Tally Prime) – Excellent working knowledge GST Return Filing – All monthly, quarterly & annual compliances TDS Filing – Calculation, deduction, challans & return filing Strong understanding of accounting principles Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas) Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience Experience in real estate accounting (preferred but not mandatory) Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task High integrity and professionalism
