The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for packaging, marketing materials, social media, and branding campaigns that align with our brand identity and connect with our customers. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for packaging, labels, posters, brochures, and other marketing collaterals. Develop creative content for digital platforms, including social media posts, ads, website banners, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Edit and enhance images, videos, and product visuals for promotional use. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of professional design experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and digital design work. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think outside the box. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of print processes and digital design standards is a plus.
