Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Accounts and Operations Manager (Debt and Inventory Management) Location: Mangalam Bharatgas Agency, Sector 41, Noida Business Domain: Domestic and Commercial LPG Cylinder Sales We are seeking an experienced and mature professional to manage debtor accounts and oversee inventory operations using Tally and Excel. This is a critical role aimed at streamlining financial management and enabling better business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Debtors Management: Track and manage outstanding payments using Tally accounting software. Send timely payment reminders to customers and maintain follow-up schedules for credit recovery. Ensure accurate debtor records and aging analysis. 2. Inventory Oversight: Monitor and analyse LPG cylinder inventory in Tally, ensuring optimal stock levels. Identify discrepancies and generate accurate inventory reports. 3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on debtors, inventory status, and overall cash flow. Use Excel to create dashboards, charts, and financial summaries for the CEO. 4. Collaboration: Coordinate with the data entry assistant to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Liaise with the CEO to discuss business performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management, preferably in a credit-based business. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of basic business operations and financial reporting is a must. Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and a problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
