Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Job Location: Vaishali Experience: 2 to 5 years Company: Fly Ostrich India Private Limited Salary: As per Market Standards Qualification: Any Graduate   Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Zoho Books. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journals, and invoices ● Manage accounts payable and receivable ● Prepare and reconcile bank statements ● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ● Generate financial reports as needed ● Monitor daily transactions and cash flows ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls ● Support audits and resolve discrepancies ● Maintain documentation for all financial processes  Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ● 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role ● Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting ● Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ● Good communication and interpersonal skills  Additional Skills (Preferred): ● Working knowledge of Zoho Books (invoicing, expenses, bank reconciliation, reporting, etc.) ● Familiarity with other Zoho Finance Suite apps is a plus ● Ability to adapt to new accounting software quickly ● Experience in automating accounting processes using Zoho features  About the Company: Fly Ostrich India Private Limited is established as a Waste Management Agency to facilitate recycling of all kinds of packaging waste and thus contribute towards a cleaner and greener environment.
