🧾 Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing accounts receivable, billing, and financial reconciliation using QuickBooks and Excel.

✨ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle billing and AR collections

🔹 Follow standard accounting policies and procedures

🔹 Issue and follow up on customer invoices

🔹 Post transactions to QuickBooks from invoices, receipts, and bills

🔹 Ensure timely collection of receivables

🔹 Record cash receipts and disbursements accurately

🔹 Reconcile all bank accounts on a monthly basis

🔹 Perform periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

🔹 Provide requested info to external accountants

🔹 Maintain an orderly filing system and updated chart of accounts

🔹 Offer administrative support to management when needed

🔹 Perform additional duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications

🔸 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes

🔸 Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

🔸 Strong communication skills in English
