Account Services Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Provide Administrative & Operational Support by maintaining and updating client and job lists, managing purchase orders, tracking budgets and expenses, and assisting with data entry. - Coordinate Meeting Planning by managing logistics for agency and agency-client meetings. - Manage Process & Documentation by maintaining key operational documents and process templates. Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent experience in Administration or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. - Strong understanding of agency business operations. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and written & verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across different time zones. - Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs.,
