Role Overview

Major Account Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership:

    Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • New Business Development:

    Target mid-market and enterprise customers, particularly in supply chain and logistics sectors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Territory Planning:

    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate assigned regions and verticals.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling:

    Present SaaS solutions using a consultative approach to match client needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive pipeline and satisfaction.
  • CRM & Forecasting:

    Maintain clean pipeline data, CRM hygiene, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Market Penetration:

    Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across international markets.


Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (preferably in CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, or Logistics tech).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Strong hunter mindset with outbound sales experience and ability to close complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of APMEA and/or US enterprise markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
