Account Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Sakinaka , Andheri - East, Mumbai. Department: Finance and Accounting Reports To: Director Job Summary: The Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. GST Working and returns filing. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central govt regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and implement audit recommendations. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. We need Commerce graduate with more than 5 + years of experience as an accountant. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of principles of accounting including GST with good logic and mathematical skills. He/she should be well organized, have sound knowledge of Tally and be willing to work . Compensation will be based on Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Aptitude. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday 10 to 7. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month.
