Role Description


Job Title: Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the entire accounts department and guide the accounting team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of

    GST returns

    ,

    TDS computations

    , and other statutory filings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual

    financial statements

    , including

    Profit & Loss

    ,

    Balance Sheet

    , and

    Cash Flow

    .
  • Oversee

    vendor payments

    , invoice verification, reconciliations, and vendor ledger management.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and internal financial controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Manage budgeting, MIS reports, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency in the accounts department.


Requirements:

  • Minimum

    8+ years of experience

    in accounting, finance, and team handling.
  • Strong knowledge of

    GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization

    , payroll, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and leadership qualities.
