Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand client needs and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and successful outcomes.
• Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business development.
• Handle client issues or escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial health of accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Executive, or relevant role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
