Payment Coordination: Handle timely payments to vendors, utility providers, and service partners in coordination with the accounts team. Bill Payments: Manage and schedule payments for electricity bills, rent, vendor bills, and other recurring operational expenses. Online Banking: Operate and manage online banking portals for transactions and approvals. Banking Communication: Liaise with banks for payment clarifications, updates, or queries. Rent Agreements: Handle preparation, renewal, and documentation of rent agreements. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of communication, payments, agreements, and vendor status updates.
