Vendor & Purchase Coordination Executive

We are hiring a Vendor & Purchase Coordination Executive who will play a key role in coordinating between vendors and management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the purchase process, vendor communication, and payment handling, and should be familiar with online banking, rent agreements, and routine bill payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between vendors and the Managing Director (MD) for smooth coordination.
• Purchase Process: Manage and track the entire purchase lifecycle, including order placement, verification, and follow-ups.
• Payment Coordination: Handle timely payments to vendors, utility providers, and service partners in coordination with the accounts team.
• Bill Payments: Manage and schedule payments for electricity bills, rent, vendor bills, and other recurring operational expenses.
• Online Banking: Operate and manage online banking portals for transactions and approvals.
• Banking Communication: Liaise with banks for payment clarifications, updates, or queries.
• Rent Agreements: Handle preparation, renewal, and documentation of rent agreements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of communication, payments, agreements, and vendor status updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination or purchase roles
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in handling online banking and payment platforms
• Familiarity with basic financial documentation and rent agreement terms
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
