Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bangalore. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining strong customer relationships, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and preparing sales reports. The Account Manager will also be involved in negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and developing account strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Experience in sales, account management, and business development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
