Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bangalore. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining strong customer relationships, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and preparing sales reports. The Account Manager will also be involved in negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and developing account strategies to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist-Biopharma at PharmNXT Biotech in Pune. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client relationships, and promoting biopharmaceutical products within the industry. Your responsibilities will include driving sales for Ek use/single-use technology across in Ahmedabad, focusing on execution to deliver sales revenue, increasing market visibility, monitoring funnel and promotions through customer presentations and high-level meetings, managing the existing business, generating new business from leads to revenue, curating sales plans for the next 2-3 years, and tracking projects for a healthy pipeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating and maintaining margin expectations, DSO, and deliveries. This role requires on-site job availability. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in sales within the biopharmaceutical industry. Candidates with a background in process and production are encouraged to apply.
