As a Human Resources Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, focusing on employee data management and administrative coordination. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in core HR operations in a structured and professional environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update, and maintain employee data in HR systems and records. - Support recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups. - Ensure the integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of personnel information across internal databases. - Assist in organizing and managing both digital and physical employee files in line with HR policies and audit standards. - Support HR documentation processes including preparation of letters, reports, and data summaries. - Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. - Provide support in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities. - Participate in ongoing HR projects and assist with internal compliance tracking. - Maintain proper documentation related to leave, attendance, and other operational inputs. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.,
