Design Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Coordination between process team in creating design.

2. Design products using CAD, Solid works.

3. Work on design and perform 3D layouts of complex scopes and equipment.

4. Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function.

5. Coordination with vendors during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications

and providing physical assistance when required.

6. Attend team meetings to provide progress reports.

7. Preparation and review DD documents.

8. Responsible for requesting document number, documents etc.

9. Coordination with the warehouse for material requests,

10. Coordination with the manufacturing team for new product development and testing.

Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• CAD experience
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
