solutions that blend creativity with precision. As we expand, we are looking for an Accounts

Manager (CA/MBA) with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance to

ensure financial discipline and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts

payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closings.

● Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash

Flow) in compliance with statutory requirements.

● Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory

compliances, with precise knowledge of relevant clauses and sections.

● Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liaise with banks for financial transactions.

● Develop and implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

● Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in business decision-making.

● Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.

● Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to

compliance standards.

● Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization,

profitability, and risk management.

● Stay updated with amendments in Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act,

GST laws, and Direct/Indirect Taxation.

Key Requirements

● Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with 4–6 years of post-qualification

experience.

● Strong background in accounting and compliance, preferably in the manufacturing or

product industry.

● In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Taxation, GST,

and statutory compliance.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Excellent communication and team management abilities.

● High attention to detail and commitment to ethical and compliant financial practices.
