Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with 6 to 11 years of experience in the IT/Technology Services Industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel, managing small-scale accounts, and handling end-to-end client accounts. This position is based in Pune, Delhi, and Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide expert guidance on account hygiene, escalation handling, and networking skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project management, account management, and business development.
Strong understanding of front-end development following the SDLC cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Expertise in Excel and CRM tools.
Experience in handling end-to-end client accounts from onboarding to farming.
Skills: Expertise in Excel, managing 15 small-scale accounts, experienced in handling end-to-end client accounts from account onboarding (documents SOW & MSA), process and CRM tools expertise, account hygiene (escalation handling and networking skills), account farming (revenue generation target achievement).
Education: Graduate.
Notice Period: 0-30 days.
Industry: UX or IT services into front-end development following the SDLC cycle.
