Providing specialized IT solution while comprehending client needs. Managing discussions. presentations and closing agreements. Keeping abreast with market demands, and industry changes in the IT domain. Examining market data to find fresh prospects via traditional as well as social media channels. Creating reports, budgets, and sales projection for upper management. Tracking progress by keeping an eye on KPIs and sales indicators. Locating and seizing fresh commercial prospects,increasing the number of customer by cold calling,networking. Overseeing upselling opportunities and contract renewals.
