Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting, taxation, and compliance functions for our manufacturing company based in Ghaziabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, deep knowledge of GST, TDS, cost accounting, and inventory controls, and a strong grasp of Indian tax and regulatory compliance. If your passionate about numbers, compliance, and financial reporting – we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP

* Prepare and file GST (GSTR 1, 3B, 9) and TDS (24Q, 26Q) returns

* Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer statements

* Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records

* Prepare MIS reports (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet)

* Monitor inventory, costing, and stock reconciliation

* Coordinate statutory audits, GST audits, and tax assessments

* Ensure compliance with all statutory laws including PF/ESIC and ROC filings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter

* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing company

* Proficient in Tally ERP and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance filings

* Familiarity with cost centers, product costing, and inventory control

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Preferred Experience in machinery manufacturing.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
