Administrate and manage substance requests to Boyd's suppliers in order to meet and respond to the customer requests in the above areas and manage and build up an up-to-date database for timely response. The role will cover assignments in all market segments. Communication and cooperation with Boyd sites and suppliers all over the world is expected. Location: Chennai Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Exp: 5-8 yrs Areas of Responsibility Review the received customer requests regarding substance requirements and make sure what the valid requirements are (RoHS; REACH, IMDS, Conflict Minerals, Customer specific requests, etc.) and that required input data from the site contact is complete. Control the part in questions in regard to the valid requirements (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, IMDS, etc.) If data is missing contact the suppliers involved to receive the required substance information Fill out either the customer format or the Boyd format for response to the customer Respond to the customer as well as the involved manufacturing site sending the documents with the required information.
