Account Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across print, digital, TV, and experiential.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with account executives and creative teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business pitches.
• Provide strategic insights backed by data and market research to drive client success.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across internal departments—creative, planning, media, and production.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in client servicing/account management

  (Agency experience must)

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of handling large accounts
