• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients 3.
• Collaboration Across Teams
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant departments 3.
• Budget & Payment Oversight
• Monitor client budgets and ensure services stay within financial limits.
• Track invoices and ensure timely payments 3.
• Client Feedback & Loyalty
• Collect and act on client feedback.
