Account Manager

The Accounts Manager will oversee the company’s entire accounting and finance operations, including daily bookkeeping, billing, taxation, banking, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and project-based accounting, as well as the ability to manage vendor payments, customer receivables, and site-level expense controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain and update books of accounts in

  Tally ERP / Tally Prime

  .
• Ensure proper

  voucher entry, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance

  for suppliers, customers, and contractors.
• Oversee

  cash flow management

  , ensuring adequate funds for daily operations and project payments.
• Handle

  journal entries, depreciation, and accruals

  in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare

  monthly trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet

  for management review.

2. Billing & Receivables

• Supervise

  customer billing

  , credit notes, and work completion-based invoices (for real estate projects).
• Track

  outstanding balances

  and follow up for timely collections.
• Prepare

  aging analysis reports

  and share weekly updates with management.

3. Payables & Vendor Management

• Verify vendor bills with

  purchase orders, GRNs, and site confirmations

  .
• Schedule and process

  vendor payments

  based on approval workflows.
• Maintain

  vendor reconciliation statements

  and ensure proper TDS deduction.
