Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding clients' needs, providing appropriate solutions, and effectively communicating with both clients and internal teams. Additionally, the Account Manager will work to identify opportunities for business growth, handle client inquiries, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
