Key responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Client Communication:

    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all communications and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Account Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and drive account growth.
  • Sales and Growth:

    Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Resolve client issues promptly, manage complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Internal Coordination:

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Track account performance, analyze data on customer behavior, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
  • Contract and Renewal Management:

    Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements.
