We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, managing compliance, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including billing, collections, payables, and bank reconciliation
• Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow, and budgeting
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and consultants
• Manage payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF, ESI, PT)
• Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes
• Report directly to the Directors/Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including team handling
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh
