1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Recording financial transactions in accounting software.  

- Maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.  

- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.  

2. GST Compliance & Filing

- Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).  

- Reconciling GSTR-2B with purchase records and ensuring accurate ITC claims.  

- Handling GST audits, responding to notices, and assisting in GST assessments.  

3. Taxation & TDS Compliance

- Assisting in TDS computation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns.  

- Ensuring timely payment of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues.  

- Providing support in income tax return filings and tax audits.  

4. Bank & Vendor Reconciliation

- Performing periodic bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.  

- Reconciling vendor and client accounts, ensuring proper payments and receipts.  

5. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.  

- Generating MIS reports for management and client advisory. 

- Keeping track of statutory compliance and regulatory filings.  

6. Audit Support & Documentation

- Assisting in internal and external audits by preparing financial statements and necessary documentation.  

- Maintaining records of invoices, vouchers, and GST-related documents.  

7. E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing Compliance

- Ensuring compliance with E-Way Bill requirements for inter-state and intra-state transactions.  

- Assisting in managing E-Invoicing requirements, if applicable.  

8. Client Coordination & Advisory

- Handling client queries related to GST, taxation, and accounting matters.  

- Assisting clients in GST registration, amendments, and compliance.  

9. Continuous Learning & Compliance Updates

- Staying updated with amendments in GST, Income Tax, and Accounting Standards.  

• - Implementing regulatory changes in accounting systems and advising clients accordingly.
