Job Opening: Accounts Executive

About the Role:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate
accounts and financial statements
.
Manage
stock journal entries
,
stock reconciliation
, and track income & expenditure.
Ensure accurate and timely
financial reporting and analysis
.
Maintain database backups and ensure
data security
.
Record
purchase and sales bills
in Tally and generate
Way Bills
.
Handle
TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
.
Prepare and file
GST returns
.
Maintain
bank entries
and prepare
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
.
Record
cash vouchers
and manage
petty cash
.
Prepare and submit
MIS reports
.
Calculate and process
PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax
payments.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in
Accounting, Finance
, or a related field.
35 years
of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in
Tally ERP 9
,
MS Excel
, and
Microsoft Office
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough understanding of
general ledger accounting
,
GST
, and
TDS
compliance.
