Job Description

Job Summary: Secure Venture is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the seamless operation of billing, inventory, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing software, inventory management, banking operations, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to clients.
  • Billing and Financial Management:
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices using billing software.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in client billing, adjustments, and payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory processes, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
  • Banking and Bookkeeping:
  • Manage day-to-day banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliation.
  • Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits and tax filings.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve billing, inventory, and accounting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, billing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with billing software and inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports for management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,298.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
