Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, drive sales, and develop long-term relationships with key clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, presenting our services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver solutions. The role also involves attending industry events and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Effective client management and relationship-building capabilities
• Knowledge of ERP solutions, web and mobile app development, and IT consulting
• Experience with outsourcing solutions such as payroll management, recruitment, and staffing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with on-site work in Bhubaneswar
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
