🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

  • 📞

    Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Conduct outreach calls to U.S.-based convenience store owners to introduce our POS solutions.
  • 🤝

    Networking & Relationship Building:

    Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • 💼

    Product Demonstrations:

    Present and demo our POS product line to potential customers, guiding them from interest to close.
  • 📊

    Negotiations & Closing:

    Negotiate pricing and package options, ensuring win-win agreements.
  • 🎯

    Sales Quota Achievement:

    Go the “extra mile” to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • 📝

    Pipeline & CRM Management:

    Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information to maintain a healthy pipeline.


✅ Who You Are

  • 2–3+ years of proven sales experience (lead generation, cold calling, high-ticket closing).
  • Experienced in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • REQUIRED:

    Proficiency in

    Hindi and English

    (spoken & written).
  • Nice to Have: Fluency in

    Gujarati, Punjabi, or Urdu

    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
