Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books and basic accounting principles to manage day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and reporting.---Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare and reconcile bank statements.Generate invoices, bills, and receipts in Zoho Books.Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.Prepare financial reports, expense tracking, and MIS reports.Handle petty cash management and vendor payments.---Requirements:Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience.Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (mandatory).Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).Attention to detail and good numerical ability.Strong communication and organizational skills.---Preferred Skills:Experience with Zoho One or other Zoho apps (CRM, Zoho Payroll, etc.).Knowledge of statutory compliance in India.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Thanks and RegardsHR department hr1@ohmsakthigroup.com
